Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Razi Photo Studio (the "Tool"), operated by Razi Digi. By using the Tool, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the tool

The Tool is provided free of charge for personal and professional use in creating passport, visa, and ID-style photos. You may use it to process photos of yourself or of others where you have the right to do so.

No warranty on official acceptance

The Tool provides size presets based on publicly available official guidance for various passport, visa, and ID document types. Requirements can change and vary by issuing authority. We do not guarantee that a photo produced with this Tool will be accepted by any passport office, embassy, consulate, or government agency. You are responsible for verifying the current official requirements for your specific document and country before submission.

Your content

Photos you upload are processed locally in your browser and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers. You retain full ownership and responsibility for any images you process using the Tool.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Tool to:

• Create fraudulent identification documents or misrepresent your identity to any authority
• Process images of other people without their consent, where applicable
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the underlying code for harmful purposes

"As is" service

The Tool is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Razi Digi and Razi Consultancy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Tool — including a photo being rejected by any official authority.

Changes to the tool or terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Tool, and may revise these Terms, at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
